Can I get a journalist's opinion on this one?

My friend and I had a big debate about what exactly was happening here. I'd just like some other opinions. If anyone still checks this, that is ;)

Anyone want to join the Russian Navy?

After the recent emotional rollercoaster that is space travel pretty much killed my childhood dream of being an astronaut, my other (slightly more adult) dream of joining the Russian Navy has been pretty much crushed as well.

Turns out that submarines seem to be as successful as spaceships. Although it's funny that the Russians haven't had as many collossal space disasters, but this is the second international incident involving a trapped Russian sub. Go figure!

Worst. Urban Operetta. Ever.
