Apparently, spanking can be a traumatic endeavor for the spanker, as well as the spankee. Specifically, having someone discover that you enjoy spanking causes "severe emotional distress, humiliation, embarassment, and anguish", in a manner that would be "outrageous and highly offensive" to an "ordinary reasonable person". To be fair, there was more than just spanking information disclosed, but let's be honest people, erectile dysfunction is a matter of public record.
