May the force be over

Notable quotes from the voice's review of Sith:

"the picture's gruesome climactic duel goes for the legs as well, ending up with a scene out of Monty Python and the Holy Grail."

"Anakin's defection from Jediism to Sithdom should provide the film's backbone, but neither the script nor Christensen delivers the needed nuance."

And in spite of all my bitching about how Lucas doesn't deserve my money... I'll probably find myself seeing the goddamn movie. Sigh.

andrew and i are seeing it this afternoon, courtesy of my company. so, unless any of you went to a midnight showing last night, OR something terrible happens before i go see it this afternoon, i suggest that you all... SUCK IT, NERDS!

also, amanda moved yesterday, andrew graduated, and naima won america's next top model! (though, not necessarily in that order.)

also, also, i'll probably go to the show on saturday.

I indeed did see 'Sith' at midnite, and there's only one thing that can be said about the movie: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
UCLA should hunt down George Lucas and take away his filmmaking degree.

I still think that picturing Hayden Christensen saying "I'll bite your kneecaps!" is hilarious

Is it continue to keep posting about 'Star Wars' after Marco's last post? I hope so, because I'm going to. (My condolences, Marco)

I have laser discs of the original, non-special edition movies that I think I should capture and put on DVD for myself and anyone else that might want them un-bastardized. But I don't have a capture card. Anyone else have one?
