yeah, in fact that is my "primary residence" as my brooklyn loft is an AIR (artist in residence) studio and requires me to have a main residence elsewhere. see im the only legit mofo in crooklyn!
and yeah stuy town/pc is probably gonna go co-op. not sure what my foks plan to do. probably stay. anyone who wants a co-op there should just start renting now, since current tenants will probably get a sweeter deal IF it happens.
